Paladin Financial Services, Inc. was established in 1998 by Christopher Raup. Based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Christopher and his team of financial consultants have built a significant customer base. Our vision is to continue to grow Paladin Financial Services to become a premier financial consulting firm through the application of our unique concept to our clients.

Our company is associated with Ohio National Financial Services, as well as many other well-known financial institutions. With their support and expertise, Paladin continues to provide clients with premier services along with top-rated insurance and financial products.

Christopher A. Raup, President & CEO, CLF
Chris Raup is securities and insurance licensed in PA, MD, NY, WA, and CT

Christopher founded Paladin Financial Services in 1998. Since then, his personalized approach to serving his clients has facilitated the firm’s growth.Christopher has dedicated his career to providing a full range of service and products with proven performance records. His thorough approach to wealth creation and preservation provides focused solutions for successful professionals, small business owners and retirees. His dedication to maximizing a client’s financial potential is the driving force in the firm’s mission. Christopher’s clients depend on his integrity and ethical consultation.

Dedicated to service, Christopher is a retired Major in the PA Army National Guard with over 20 years of service. A Field Artillery / Fire Support Officer, he is an Iraq War combat veteran (Ar Ramadi, 2006).  His service also included multiple overseas assignments, including Egypt, Germany  and Bosnia.  He currently serves as a Senior Patroller of the National Ski Patrol (NSP), Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA – Level I certified), and is Founder and CEO of the Wounded Warrior Patrol, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides snow-sports recreational therapy trips for wounded warriors and their family. In his leisure time, Christopher enjoys spending time with his family, working on his alpaca ranch, and the challenge of many sports.

 

Ralph L. Norcross, III-Associate General Agent
Ralph is life and securities licensed in PA and WV.

Ralph’s avocation has been finance for over 20 years.  He has recently decided to begin sharing his skills and knowledge with others by taking on the role of a Associate General Agent with Paladin Financial Services.  His unique insights and business approach partnered with our product mix and strategies provide for a powerful combination in achieving your financial needs.  He is a graduate of Wilson College with a degree in Business Management. Ralph has been active in serving both his nation and his community.  He is a retired Field Artillery Officer with 22 years of combined enlisted and commissioned service with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

He has served his local community through his involvement with Scouting.  He has served as Den Leader and Assistant Cubmaster with Pack 136 in Chambersburg Pennsylvania.  He has also been active as a committee member for Troop 136 and as Crew Committee Chair with Venture Crew 514 also of Chambersburg.

He has served on the Finance Committee of St Paul United Methodist Church in Chambersburg for over 15 Years.  He has also served and chaired the Weekdays Ministry Board for over 10 years.  This body has direct responsibility for the oversight and management of the St Paul Children’s Center, a 0-K preschool, located in Chambersburg.

 

Mary L. Brunski, Investment Advisor Representative
Mary is insurance & securities licensed in PA
Mary’s interest in finance came after helping a firm automate its financial systems. From that time on, she has worked to expand her knowledge of how money works.  She has presented on Savvy Social Security Planning for Boomers and Specifications for Financial Planning.  Her focus is business preservation and growth, and families with special needs children.

Mary is an Ohio State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Economics and working toward a ChFC certification through The American College.  She worked for Frito-Lay and Atlantic Richfield (ARCO) before spending 17 years marketing for architects and engineers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She also spent six years substitute teaching primarily in autistic or deaf and hard-of-hearing classrooms here in Pennsylvania.

She is active in community service serving as President on the Boards of the Amelia S. Givin Library and the Helen O. Krause Animal Foundation Inc. and as an alternate representative to the Cumberland County Library System.   She is an Assistant Girl Scout Leader for Troop 10506 and Business Manager for Service Unit 3’s Adventure Camp.  Mary is also active with the Greater Carlisle Area and West Shore Chambers of Commerce.
